Learning Intentions of Week: Neurographic Self-Portrait

This week, we are learning to express our identity and emotions through self-portraiture and thoughtful background design. Using a mix of descriptive words, zen doodles, and neurographic art, we are creating a piece that reflects who we are on the inside and outside.

Through this project, we are also exploring mindful, intentional mark-making—a drawing method that gives us freedom, choice, and the confidence of knowing that there’s no "wrong" way to create. This approach encourages us to focus, relax, and trust the creative process as we use art to communicate personal meaning.
